Group project

 We did a group project on this story called The Jealous Father. The story was about a Dad who thought his son was messing with his mom so he took him to an island and abandoned him. His son found a way back but it was challenging. For the group project, we had to do the Cultural Context of the story. In my opinion, the story was very weird and confusing at first but I understood it better once I reread it. After that we but all of our information in google slides. My part was to make the slides and to summerize everyone's information.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
