 Today I read an article about a woman who was sick. They dug a hole for her in the ground and she and a tree fell through it into a lake. The swans saw her a refused to let her drown because of her beauty. They saved her and went to the meeting the great turtle called for. The turtle asked the animals to go find where she fell and bring back Earth. As the animals did many died, but one old toad came back and right before she died she spat the dirt on the turtles back. Making a Island for the woman.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
