My break

 We had a whole week this fall break, so I did a decent amount of things. Saturday and Sunday, I went to my little cousins' sleepover and ate at Hibachi. Monday and Tuesday, I just slept in and ate, things like that. Wednesday I got my baby cousin and I had him for the rest of the week. Thursday and Friday me and him just went to the park and played most of the day. Saturday he left and I went to a party and Sunday I just regathered myself for school/hoco week and cleaned my room.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
