What do you think are your biggest strengths as a speaker? What challenges do you face when presenting in front of an audience?

 Prompt Response: I don't think I have any strengths as a speaker. At least on in public. When I speak with people i’m comfortable with I express my body language well and i use a higher level of vocabulary. The challenges I face with presenting is eye contact, slurring up my words, and saying um a lot.

Summary: We presented our projects in class today and did our blog.

Reflection: I learned that it is not easy to present in a class full of students even though you’ve been around them most of them year. You may know of them but you don’t know them.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
