 Prompt Response: I can learn from my culinary teacher Ms.Jackson that you can be successful in culinary and still do something military based. Ms.Jackson was the one who encouraged me to do both. I love cooking aka culinary and I like the benefits of the military life.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
