 Prompt response- One of the five senses I value the most is sight because most people judge things first off what they see. If i see something and it looks nasty, I would eat it or get near it. Or if I see something and it’s bumpy I know it would taste crunchy.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
