 Prompt Response: Something I have out grown but I still miss is summer camp. Summer camp used to be so fun as a kid. Like most of my fun childhood memories were from summer camp and I met my best friend there.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
