Write about what you did over the Spring Break.

Over spring break I went to Panama City Beach and I was down there with my family and friends. I met up with my best friend and I spent a day with her. Then I hung out another day with my brother and his friends. We cam come on Thursday and just chilled.

I was absent.

How do you find time to enjoy your day, even when you have a lot going on? Write about at least three specific things you do to enjoy small moments throughout your day.

When something bad happens, I try to take  one moment at a time. I remind myself  it’s okay to be upset, angry, or sad. Breathe deeply and focus on small  tasks instead of the whole day at once. Lean on someone you trust, even if it’s just to talk or sit quietly together. I remind myself that even the hardest feelings are temporary. We did common lits.
